Scrub Pine Enduro

MSR / ECEA Championship Enduro Series

The Scrub Pine Enduro, an 8-time Enduro of the Year winner, is an annual event held by OCCR every October in the Brendan T. Byrne State Forest in Central New Jersey. The course spans Manchester, Pemberton, and Woodland Townships covering over 80 miles of forest roads, firecuts, and the finest trails NJ has to offer. This AMA sanctioned event is open to anyone 18+ years old with a valid motorcycle license, registration, insurance, AMA card, and an ECEA card.

This will not be a whooped-out fire cut event. Two different loops with gas back at the start. Most should finish!

Free camping is available starting the night before the start of the event.

Absolutely NO Alcoholic Beverages and NO Pit Bikes. All dogs MUST be leashed.

Directions from the North:
Take GSP South to exit # 88 & follow Rt. 70 West to Rt. 72. Take Rt. 72 East to mile marker ‘3’ & left into the forest.

Directions from the South:
Take GSP North to exit # 63 & follow Rt. 72 West to mile marker ‘3’ and make a right into the forest.

Directions from NJ Turnpike:
Take Exit #4 Rt. 73 3 miles to Marlton, to Rt. 70 East 18 miles to Rt. 72 East to mile marker ’3’ & left into the forest.

Directions to Enduro Start

Take Main St in Wrightstown, which changes to Cookstown Rd towards Cookstown. At the stop sign turn right on to Main St Cookstown, go 4.5 miles ( Main St changes to Cookstown Rd.) to a angled four way intersection proceed straight (road name changes to E. Lake Shore Dr.) for 1.4 miles. At the stop sign turn right on to Clubhouse Rd. proceed .2 of a mile and turn left at the fork, proceed .3 of a mile to a stop sign. Turn left onto Lakehurst Rd. proceed one block to red light, turn right on to Junction Rd. ( Junction changes to Mt. Misery Rd. at the 90 degree bend) stay on blacktop for 3.3 miles to stop sign. Turn left on to Four Mile Rd., proceed 4.6 miles to circle. Take Rt.72 to mile marker 3 turn left in to the forest.

Directions to Days Inn

To get to Quality Inn from the start of the enduro. At mile marker 3 on Rt.72 head west to the Rt.70 & Rt.72 circle take the road for New Lisbon ( Four Mile Rd.). Proceed 4.6 miles, just after a white concrete bridge turn right onto Mt. Misery Rd. Proceed 3.3 miles on blacktop to red light. Turn left on to Lakehurst Rd. Proceed to the first right Clubhouse Rd (immediately after lake). Proceed .3 of a mile and turn right at the fork. Proceed .2 of a mile and bear left on to E. Lakeshore Dr. Proceed 1.4 miles to angled four way intersection. Proceed straight thru intersection and go 4.5 miles and turn left on to Cookstown Rd. towards Wrightstown and McGuire Air Force Base. Cookstown Rd. changes to Main St Wrightstown. The Days Inn is on this road.
